  Ingredients for 5 gallons:

  Grain Bill:

  7.5 lbs 2-Row Briess (MASH)
  1 lbs Vienna Malt (MASH)
  1 lbs Wheat Malt (MASH)
  0.5 lbs Cara-Pils Dextrine (MASH)

  Hop Bill:

  0.5 oz Amarillo 8.8% BOIL 60 minutes
  0.5 oz Hallertau Leaf 4.2% BOIL 30 minutes
  0.5 oz Hallertau Leaf 4.2% FINISHING 0 minutes

  1 pkg WYest 2565 Kolsch
 

  Boil Time: 60 minutes

  Mash Efficiency 70%
  Add 2.50 gallons of water at 177 F to heat mash to 154 F
  Add 1 gallon of boiling water to heat mash to 168 F

  Notes:
  I batch Sparge (I added an extra 1lb. malt). Sparge with 178*F

  water.  Yeast will be pitched with a 500ml starter.
  Irish Moss w/ 20min left to boil.
  Liquid Isinglass added with 3 days left in secondary.
