6.5 lbs. light dry malt extract
0.5 lbs. pale malt
2.0 oz. Cascade hops pellets (bittering)
0.5 oz. Cascade hops pellets (flavor)
0.5 oz. Cascade hops pellets (aroma)
Wyeast # 2112 California lager yeast
1.25 cup corn sugar for priming
Steep grain at 150 degrees F for 45 mins, then strain grain
out of mash and add extract. Add 1.5 oz. Cascade hops
at start of boil (90 mins total boiling time), add 0.5 oz
hops pellets 10 minutes into boil (80 mins total boiling time),
and add 0.5 oz. Cascade hops pellets at 80 mins (10 mins total
boiling time). Cool wort to 70 degrees F and pitch yeast.
Primary fermentation: 4 days at 60 - 70 degrees F
Secondary fermentation: 3 weeks at 60 - 70 degrees F
