  Mash effc: 70%
  Color(SRM) 23
  Alc% 5.6%
  IBU's 28.2

  Grain Bill:
  .25lb. Caramunich
  .50 lb. Crystal 60*L
  1.00lb. Light DME
  9.00lbs. Klages Malt (Roast 2 lbs. @ 375* for 40 min.)
  .5 lb Crystal 20*L
  .12 Lb Chocolate Malt

  Hop Bill:

  .75 oz Pride of Ringwood 6.9% 45 minutes
  .5 oz Mt. Hood 3.0% 45 min
  .5 oz Mt. Hood 3.0% 5 min
  .25 oz Pride of Ringwood 6.9% 5 min

  Mash @ 154*F for 90 minutes

  Notes:
  -Add Irish Moss with 20 minutes left to the boil.
  -Add 25ml of Noirot hazlenut extract to the 2ndary ferment.
  -I used Wyeast #1107 German Ale.

  THIS IS A NICE BEER. YOU MUST LET IT AGE THOUGH. AGE WILL
  REALLY MELLO THE HAZLENUT TASTE. I WOULD RECOMMEND
  AT LEAST 2-3 MONTHS IN THE BOTTLE!
